And just like that, a New Year has begun again! I hope that you had a nice holiday season and are feeling refreshed as you begin 2022.
We cannot know what the coming year will bring, or what health restrictions will be in place, but I am deciding to be positive and hope for the best this year. Surely, we will face many ups and downs, but let’s take things as they come and make the most out of it. Cherish the small things like connecting with friends or family, having our loved ones around and seeing your children grow and change.
On that note, I would love to share a poem with you, written by Joanna Fuchs. This poem spoke to me about valuing those in our lives, our friends, our family and you, as part of our Wellness Family.
Pieces of Time
New years come and new years go,
Pieces of time all in a row.
As we live our life, each second and minute,
We know we’re privileged to have you in it.
Our appreciation never ends
For our greatest blessings: our family and friends.
Happy New Year!
As we are in the height of winter now in beautiful Quebec. If you haven’t already, it is time to get outside to embrace and enjoy this beautiful season. Of course, dressing for the weather makes it that much more enjoyable. Check out these great tips for parents on How to dress your kids in winter from Naître et grandir.
Stay tuned for a busy calendar of Wellness programming

Many of our activities are still virtual but we are crossing our fingers to be able to be able to see each other once again in person in 2022.
Lastly, but definitely not least, thank you to those of you who purchased a Christmas Family Fun Box and, in so doing, supported the Community Christmas Hamper Campaign. Thank you also to our wonderful EPIQ volunteers for making this project happen. We were able to contribute a whopping $800 to the campaign with this fun-raiser. We sure hope that you had a lot of fun with your boxes!
I wish you and your families a wonderful start to 2002, and health and happiness in the year to come.

Warmest regards,
Jessica
